FIB‑4 is calculated as:
FIB‑4 = (age [years] × AST [U/L]) ÷ (platelets [10⁹/L] × ALT^0.5 [U/L]).

Estimated GFR uses the 4‑variable MDRD equation with serum creatinine in mg/dL (converted from µmol/L):
eGFR (mL/min/1.73 m²) = 186.3 × creatinine^−1.154 × age^−0.203 × 0.742 (if female) × 1.21 (if Black).
